Directory Entries
Criteria for having an entry in the directory:
1. Membership of the GFI Association is NOT required. However we need an application form to be completed including HPC Registration details for qualified OTs. Please note: In accordance with legislation we will always check against the registration details held by the Health Professions Council.

2. Individuals must have a current CRB check (dated within the last 2 years). GFI can action this for you if you do not have one - see our CRB webpage page here. Please note - an entry will be removed if the CRB check is not updated.
3. OT Businesses ( or any other company or organisation ) must have a CRB policy for ensuring that staff and Associates have the relevant level of CRB for the work they do on behalf of the organisation. (GFI has a template for a sample policy in the Member area on this website).
Please remember that by nature the Directory is a public internet site so think about what you would want the world to be able to access. If you are applying as an individual you may decide your full home address is not necessary for example, and to use a specific phone number / mobile number and email for work purposes.
